About the role

We're looking for a Head of Partnerships to own our BD engine end-to-end. You'll identify, negotiate, and close partnerships that drive growth—whether that's integrations, white-label deals, protocol collaborations, or distribution partnerships. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside role for someone who knows how to work a deal in crypto.

What you'll do

  • Build and own the partnerships pipeline from sourcing to close

  • Identify strategic opportunities across protocols, platforms, and communities

  • Negotiate and structure deals that create value for both sides

  • Work with product and engineering to scope integration requirements

  • Represent Kash at events, on calls, and in the DMs

  • Develop partnership playbooks and processes as we scale

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales—ideally in crypto/web3

  • Track record of closing meaningful deals, not just taking meetings

  • Strong network in crypto, DeFi, or prediction market ecosystems

  • Ability to understand technical products and speak to builders

  • Excellent communicator—written, verbal, and async

  • Scrappy, persistent, and energized by the hunt

  • Bonus: existing relationships with protocols, DAOs, or crypto media

Compensation

  • $200–250k base

  • 30% commission on closed partnerships

  • 10% performance booster

  • Significant allocation from ESOP token pool
